I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. so far its Great the only part is when i sign it it diplays the PDF Filter logo on th e document meaning i have to print it and sign it and scan the document deveafting the whole purpose of your system

Very good. need a merge pdf button and convert from jpg to pdf like the Company SMALLPDF.COM I USE BOTH.. yours and theres to do my work, you have the best type and sign function, and they don't ... thats the only thing they are missing.

PDF Filler has made it much easier to create and edit forms and templates, and complete documents which once had to be either retyped in their entirety, or required the much outdated use of a typewriter to complete.

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly.
time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures!
Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time.
It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

An Export Control Classification Number (ECCL) is a five-character alphanumeric key used in the Commerce Control List (CCL) to classify U.S. exports and determine whether an export license is needed from the Department of Commerce.
