Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.

Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Easy to use
I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software.
At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over.
