I was looking for a PDF filler software that would be easy to use, fast and reliable. It's been very pleasant as a university student. One thing that is quite annoying is the scrolling feature - when I scroll on my macbook pro it doesn't really work well. Overall, this is perfect for annotating my lecture slides and readings. As a student, I find it a bit expensive ($72/year) - maybe there can be some incentive for students?? :)

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer
I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do.
I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need.
When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

Great Customer Service
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.
