Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Very User Friendly and convenient. Wish there was other nursing cheat sheets available. ( Treatment sheets, Vital assessment sheets, etc) Takes the guess work out of creating your own.

Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

What do you like best?
It's super fast to upload a document and simple to navigate the website. Filling out your PDF couldn't be easier!
What do you dislike?
The point where you save your document could be a little easier to understand but because I've been using them for 7+ years, I've got a handle on it. For someone just starting may find it a tiny bit confusing.

It's so easy to use! Make any PDF fillable! I have a tiny bit of OCD and filling in a form by hand just doesn't look professional enough for me so converting those forms to fillable using PDFFiller is a must!

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.
