Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

I am very grateful for this software that came into my life just as I needed it. It is easy to use and I love how it saves my work automatically so I do not LOSE it. Some many times with website document editors online, I have been been disappointed after working for hours on a form, to have it just disappear. NOT HERE. Every single time the system has gotten disconnected due to WIFI issues at my home or because the PDF filler webpage needed to refresh, ALL MY WORK was SAVED. Love it.

Great Customer Service
Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

So far, so good
So far, so good. Does as it claims to.Some of the functions e.g. merge could have more accessible controls (you have to gone into a few menus), but when found they do their job well.Maximum document size is 25Mb so if you have a bigger document you have to use another online splitter and go from there. Don't really see why that functionality could be integrated though.

How do I insert multiple columns into one column in Excel?
Select the heading of the column to the right of which you want to insert additional columns. Tip: Select the same number of columns as you want to insert. Hold down CONTROL, click the selected columns, and then on the pop-up menu, click Insert.

To insert multiple rows, select the same number of rows that you want to insert. To select multiple rows hold down the “shift” key on your keyboard on a Mac or PC. For example, if you want to insert six rows, select six rows while holding the “shift” key.
