Super easy to figure out

On the minus side I don't have enough PDFs monthly to justify the cost.
Maybe there could be a 'per page cost' for the infrequent needs.

The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

The PDF filler worked beautifully and Loved it.
The PDF filler worked beautifully and I like it. It was exceptional. But rather costly I could not afford it at this time. But I had no problems achieving what I did with documents I wanted to change.

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

pdfFiller is great so far
pdfFiller is great so far, but I would like a bit more comprehensive editing tools. For example better alignment options for fields, even spacing, more flexible sizing options, and maybe support for tables. Also, right-alignment of fields works on-screen, but always prints left-aligned. Other than that, the ease of use and clean interface are a pleasure to use.

I needed to complete a form online and…
I needed to complete a form online and pdffiller was the perfect solution. I was able to find my form, fill it out on line and sign it online. I had no issues.

What do you dislike?
Would be great if it could integrate with your pdf documents without having to go to the website. maybe a feature where you can join or delete parts of the pdf without having to upload it to the website every time.

How do you account for warranty?
Accrue the warranty expense with a debit to the warranty expense account and a credit to the warranty liability account. As actual warranty claims are received, debit the warranty liability account and credit the inventory account for the cost of the replacement parts and products sent to customers.
How do you identify warranty revenue?

What is warranty revenue?
In accounting terms, the warranty is a liability and is carried on the balance sheet as warranties payable. For example, suppose a manufacturer of washing machines estimates that 5 percent of sales revenue will be needed to pay for repairs under warranty in the coming year.
What is warranty income?
Warranty expense is the cost that a business expects to or has already incurred for the repair or replacement of goods that it has sold. The total amount of warranty expense is limited by the warranty period that a business typically allows.
Is warranty a separate performance obligation?
Generally, assurance-type warranties are not considered a separate performance obligation. These types of warranties do not provide an additional good or service to the customer, because the selling entity has effectively provided a guarantee of quality and that the product will meet its agreed-upon specifications.
Are warranties expensed or capitalized?
Warranty costs and service agreement costs are not capitalized if the warranty costs or service agreement costs are listed as separate line items on the purchase orders or invoices. Otherwise, warranty costs and service agreement costs are capitalized with the value of the asset.
How is warranty revenue calculated?
If you estimate that 1 percent of revenues will pay for warranty costs, multiply $100,000 by 0.01 to find the warranty liability of $1,000. At the start of the accounting period, record the warranty liability. In this example, debit the warranty expense account and credit the warranty liability account for $1,000.
How is warranty calculated?
Divide the amount of your actual warranty claims in the most recent year by your total sales in the same year to calculate your warranty claims as a percentage of sales. For example, if you had $1,600 in warranty claims and $80,000 in sales, divide $1,600 by $80,000.
