It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

Best part of the service is responsiveness to online support, but there are a few minor glitches that should be addressed. I'll elaborate later when time allows for it.

I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.
