Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. I fill out a lot of forms from different organizations. Found PDF Filler after searching for a federal form. It was the top result and I started using it from there. Some organizations do not even realize how they have deployed PFD files. When you show up, or fax them their completed PDF file you get some odd reactions.

I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

What do you like best?
Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.
What do you dislike?
I really have not found anything that does not suit my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To edit design documents quickly by making quick changes. It also helps in editing quotes to clients.

Great customer support for a great app
I appreciate the pdfFiller app as it makes completing forms easy. Customer service responds quickly and resolves issues more than satisfactorily

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.

We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

Took some time to get used to it's…
Took some time to get used to it's quirks after years of using Adobe Acrobat. But, I have actually found it easier to use and can do more .

This is my first time dealing with PDFFILLER! There were some issues and they quickly assisted in resolving the areas in question . I would recommend them to business professionals and someone like me that has a periodic need for administrative documents.
