I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I love that it makes editing a pdf file quick & easy.
What do you dislike?
I've not run into any features of the program that I do not like yet.

Wish I Could Change Color of Signature
I enjoyed this tool and site. However, I wish there was just some way that I could not only change the font for my signature but the color to blue as well.

Worked as expected. When I lost the connection to Wi-Fi dining the filling out of a lengthy form, all of my work was automatically saved to the point connection was disrupted. Whew!

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!
