Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

It has been easy to use

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I am using PDF filler to help sign documents that were sent with Adobe and therefore locked for a countersignature, date or time stamp edits, and changes to PDF documents to fix legal edits.
This software is very easy to use, gets the job done, and is extremely well priced relative to its competitors.
There are no features I dislike, it has honestly been a huge lifesaver at work as I am constantly fixing documents/changing pdf versions.
