PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. PDF filler has allowed me to save time by being able to fill out the forms digitally, tremendously increasing my productivity and turn around time. I've been really happy with how easy it…
I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)

The PDF filler is amazing
The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

How long does it take to get building regulations' approval?
It is usually processed by the local authority within 5-8 weeks, with approved applications valid for the next three years. Local authority building inspectors will arrange to visit you and check the works are compliant at key stages in the build process.
How do I get building regulation approval?
Choose a building control surveyor. Submit your building regulations application. Get to work. The building control surveyor visit. The completion visit!
What does building regulation approval mean?
Building regulations set standards for the design and construction of buildings to ensure the safety and health for people in or about those buildings. For other building work, such as internal alterations, buildings regulations approval will probably be needed, but planning permission may not be.
What happens if you don't have building regs' approval?
The Local Authority has to see that building work complies with the Regulations. If the work does not comply, you may be asked to alter or remove it. If you fail to do this, the Local Authority may serve a notice requiring you do so within 28 days, and you will be liable for the costs.

If you are building a new home you can expect to pay around £240 to submit a full plans application & around £510 for the required inspections. Works to existing houses such as extensions, conversions or renovations will cost around £180 to submit the plans & a further £200 £550 for inspections.
