Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Hats off to the chat agent, awesome customer service, GIVE her a RAISE! LOL

So far it has met my needs and wants. While there has been a struggle with removing the Electronic disclosure page, their technicians and chat support are quick to respond.

Needs a text rotation tool and more shapes available. Also limited on fonts and text color.

I get W9 filled for clients easily. Contract signing digitally. I can make instructional maps using map templates and email directly to employees.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Very quick and easy but in the end actually only needed for a one-time use so didn't make financial sense to pay further for 'just-in-case' use.

So helpful for submitting assignments at school. Wish I didn't have to pay for this amazing function, but understand that the company needs money to continue and I will happily support them :)

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
