It really is an easy to use application and i needed something like this and I didnt have much time so I know if I can use that fast then its a great app!

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

The support team are the BEST!
The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

How does income based apartments work?
Income base apartments, also referred as tax credit properties, are properties where the federal government provides the landlord/developer with monetary incentives in exchange for the landlord/developer offering a number of units at subsidized rents adjusted for the low-income tenants.

How does income restricted apartments work?
Apartments that are eligible for reduced or subsidized low-income rentals are considered income-restricted apartments. These are apartments with income caps that determine eligibility, helping low-income families find affordable housing. The owners receive a subsidy payment from the state or a federal tax credit.
What does income based apartment mean?
Income-based rent is set so that an eligible household would pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income toward housing costs, including utilities, each month. Unlike units with flat rents, the amount a household contributes towards housing costs may fluctuate with changes to household income, size, or circumstances.
