Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.
