easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

Can you go through EZ tag with paper plates?
Published on: May 11, 2017. You may order an EZ TAG for your vehicle while you are waiting for your permanent license plates to arrive. Note: The temporary paper plate number will only be valid on your account for 60 days.
Can you get a toll ticket with temporary plates?
Cars with temporary paper plates are tolled, at least according to the toll division. We can work with the Department of Licensing and send a toll bill on a temporary plate, as long as people are installing them in the correct location, said toll division spokesperson Ethan Berger son.
How do I pay tolls with temporary plates?

Once your application has been approved, verified, and processed, you should receive your EZ TAG within 5-10 business days by US Mail. Once you receive your EZ TAG in the mail, you should activate your new tag online at www.hctra.org/tagactivation.
