As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

I had been looking for something which works on phones & chromebooks as well as computers. It's great this operates 100% in a browser and works REALLY well. Has some limited zapier support and has decent integration with g-suite. The support, including one emergency thing, has been much better than average. There are some additions which I feel could make pdffiller absolutely a star, but it's more than functional and easy to use today.

It gives me a lot of options to pdf works that I did not find somewhere else, and even when I cannot readily pay for the service, I was given a trial with no gimmicks attached

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service!
