With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. The initial document that I needed was insufficient on the site (the word SAMPLE was written across the document multiple times per page). And, although it took several hours, PDFfiller was able to upload the necessary document. Problem solved.

Aside from the cost associated with its use, I love PDFfiller! It is easier to use than the typewriter function in Adobe Acrobat and I could place text exactly where I needed it. One other recommendation is adding a spell check when finishing up the document. Respectfully, -RPS

I work with Special Needs children who are unable to write but have the ability to type. I have been searching for a program for my own son who has cerebral palsy who types everything in high school.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

What a time saving document access and communication method. The ability to format it to meet the inner personal business need and send is fantastic! Great job and thank you to the Creator(s)

Best part of the service is responsiveness to online support, but there are a few minor glitches that should be addressed. I'll elaborate later when time allows for it.
