Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.
