You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Web based PDF signing tool
I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything.
PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

What do you like best?
Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files.
What do you dislike?
Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
No Problems, benefits are to adjust and edit pdf documents with ease, adjust previously written words, add to them, over right, add images.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
