Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!!
