I would give it a 5 except that when I go to edit a template, it shows up with over 1/2 or 3/4's of the page covered up! I have to keep closing it & reopening it to maybe finally work! Very frustrating.

This software is very easy to use, I'm able to fill forms we use over and over again. Adding signatures is simple and seamless.
Switching between pages. I'm used to rolling down with my mouse. I also noticed a bit of delays, but it might be our network connection.

I recently started a trial account with pdfFiller but it wasn't quite what I was needing. I didn't cancel the trial correctly so when my Debit card was charged I immediately contacted support and they resolved it within about an hour!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.
