pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

How do you resize a PDF file?
Open the document with pages you want to resize by cropping, and click the Page Thumbnails tab. Resize the panel's width and thumbnail size as needed. To check a page's size, click the thumbnail to display the page.
What happens when you reduce the file size of a PDF?
It will resample and compresses images and subset-embeds fonts that were left embedded. It also compresses document structure and cleans up elements such as invalid bookmarks.
