Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Used to convert images into fillable forms for custom label making
We used this software to create a fillable form from an image, and ultimately the form was printed as a custom label. These labels were used for organizing incoming shipments of samples in a research lab. The online software was very convenient to use, since no downloads were required. The form was very easy and quick to create, and very easy to share once completed. A 10 minute solution has saved invaluable time in our lab.
My favorite feature was the ability to add custom fillable fields to an image. There were lots of options: text, drop-downs, radio buttons, etc. that you could customize and drop anywhere on the form that you wanted.
There was a bit of a learning curve to creating new forms and saving them. I wasn't sure where exactly to go to retrieve forms I had already started on. Once I got the hang of it, though., it was pretty easy to manage.

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
