Great program. It did everything I needed and more. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, right at the time I"ve been having a problem. Copies of online chat sent to my email to remind me of how to deal with issues in the future. I'd rate these folks an A plus.
I needed to turn regular electronic forms into fillable ones and submit electronically, with a signature and by a deadline, during the pandemic. I was early and complete with this program!

I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Successful Chat Support
Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.

There are few issues while importing…
There are few issues while importing already filled up PDF files. I would recommend to import the empty form and start filling.

If you have forms to fill out electronically, this is the website to use. It is simple even for those not great with tech! Customer service is also very honest and helpful as far as billing, etc.

How to Use the Conapplication Link Application Feature
The Conapplication Link Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily link your application form to your Conapplication account. This feature streamlines the application process and makes it more convenient for both you and your applicants.

Log in to your pdfFiller account.

Open the application form you want to link to Conapplication.

Click on the 'Link Application' button in the toolbar.

A pop-up window will appear asking you to sign in to your Conapplication account. Enter your Conapplication login credentials and click 'Sign In'.

Once you are signed in, you will see a list of your Conapplication forms. Select the form you want to link to the application.

After selecting the form, click 'Link' to complete the process.

Your application form is now linked to your Conapplication account. Any changes made to the form in pdfFiller will automatically sync with Conapplication.

To unlink the application form from Conapplication, simply click on the 'Unlink Application' button in the toolbar.

Can I use the same GCKey account for multiple applications?
Yes. You can use the same GCKey credential to access all available online services, with the exception of the CRA services. Using the same credential to access many services is convenient, as you don't have to remember several username and passwords.
Can I add my spouse to my PR application Canada?
You must include all your family members even if they are not coming to Canada with you. This includes: spouse or partner. dependent children.
How do I view my submitted application on IRCC?
If you applied for your visa online, sign in to your account to check your application status. Click “check status and messages” under the “View my submitted applications or profiles” section.
How do I link my PR card after COPR?
How to Link My PR Card Application to MyCIC Account log in to the CIC account. Go to the section “Link an existing application to this account”. Select category as PR Card. Select “Unique Client Identifier (UCI) and Family Name” Fill in required details (please make sure capital, small, comma etc.)
Can I submit two application to CIC?
No. You may only have one profile at a time. This is set out in Canada's immigration law. Creating more than one profile will not give you a better chance at being invited or allow you to be invited under a different program.
How do I link my spouse application to my CIC account?
To link an application: Follow the steps to sign into your online account or create a new one. In your account, under “View the applications you submitted”, click on “Add (link) your application to your account to check your status”. Enter the information exactly as you did on your original application.
How can I get PR card after COPR?
No, we will mail your permanent resident (PR) card to you when you arrive in Canada. If you did not provide your Canadian mailing address when you became a permanent resident, use our online address notification tool to send it to us.
