I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

If you are an insurance biller....this is the software you need!
The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Pdffiller suits almost all my needs once I get my files there. If I could have a way of "breaking" my files heavier than 25MB to get there OR if it accepted larger files... it would be perfect!
