I REALLY enjoy. How simple this app. can make a task such as
" creating a legal document ". (Which, at first can sound super intimidating ".) become. Easy to use, Step by step explanation's & examples. I love the FREE 3o day upgrade trial. I've tried to think, of anything I would do differently... & I honestly can't come up with a thing!, NICE WORK!!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. pdFiller worked great for filling out immigration forms that wouldn't let me fill in blank spaces that my regular pdf editor wouln't let me.

The software worked great but didn’t…
The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.
