I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.

No, a driving test is not hard at all. You just need to study the driving manual for the state or country you are in to be sure you are familiar with the driving laws there. This will help you to pass both the written and field tests. If you are a good driver, the driving test is just another very short trip.
No, a driving test is not hard at all. This will help you to pass both the written and field tests. The manual will help especially with the written test, but will reinforce whatever you have learned while training to drive, when you take the field test.
Failing to check your mirrors BEFORE changing direction or speed or failing to act on any information your mirrors give you (e.g. a car behind overtaking you) is a really common driving fault and results in many 'accidents' on the road.
In California, you can get up to 15 points wrong. If you get more than 15 points off you fail, but if you make any critical errors you automatically fail.
Examiners have nothing to gain from failing you. Indeed, if they did fail you on purpose, they'd only have to put up with you again once you return to retake your test! If you're worried about the possibility of a driving examiner failing you for any unjustified reasons, there are a couple of things you can do.
Take a vehicle that you are comfortable driving and that you have had plenty of practice in. It is always easiest to pass your test in an automatic. If you plan on driving a manual, wait until after the test. Make sure that you don't adjust or move your mirrors during the test.
