It's easy to add a watermark to your invoices: Choose Customers, and then Create Invoices to display the Create Invoices window. Click the Customize button on the toolbar, and then click the Manage Templates button. Select an existing invoice, such as Intuit Product Invoice, and then click the Copy button.
Step 1: Set up your invoice preferences Choose the default name, email, address, and logo your customers will see when they get their invoices. If you ever need to change your business info, simply select Edit work info on any invoice.
If still you can't upload logo following the logo requirements, you may try uploading logo using a private browser. You may use either of the following shortcut keys: Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N. Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P.

Go to Invoices from the left menu. Select Create invoice at the upper right. At the bottom of the New Invoice page, click Edit work info. In the Email field, enter the correct email address. Click Save.
