I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

I had some issues with establishing connections, but when I chatted with Paul, he had the solution for downloading the form in less than 3 minutes! This was a truly a great experience for me!

It's been awesome! Not sure why when I click some lines it makes the texts smaller, then I have to make the larger to fit the rest of the doc. But it's an amazing tool!

The program is easy
