I can accomplish most of what I need, but can't use the erase feature unless we pay another9.99 a month. I think that's excessive. Other than that, I like the system.

So far so good, i personally like the documents you created are saved on the main screen and I can use it without having to look up instructions.

This is a very good pdf creator
This is a very good pdf creator. Relatively straightforward to use. I just don't need this functionality right now, and the team was super helpful and fast in responding to my request. They're good people!

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

How to Use the Conform Fax Object Feature in pdfFiller
The Conform Fax Object feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send faxes using your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account or create a new account if you don't have one already.

Upload the PDF document you want to send as a fax. You can either drag and drop the file or click on the 'Upload' button to select the file from your computer.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Fax' tab at the top of the page.

In the 'To' field, enter the recipient's fax number. You can also add multiple recipients by separating their fax numbers with commas.

Fill in your own fax number in the 'From' field. This is the number that will appear as the sender on the recipient's fax machine.

If needed, you can add a cover page to your fax by clicking on the 'Add Cover Page' button. This is optional but can be useful for providing additional information or instructions to the recipient.

Review the document and make any necessary adjustments. You can rearrange pages, add text or images, and make other edits using the pdfFiller editing tools.

Once you are satisfied with the document, click on the 'Send' button to send the fax.

pdfFiller will convert your PDF document into a fax and send it to the recipient's fax machine. You will receive a confirmation email once the fax has been successfully sent.
