What app lets you add audio to a picture?
SpeakingPhoto isn't the only app that lets you add audio to images. Audio Photos Free for Android offers similar functionality, but it hasn't been updated since December 20, 2011.
How do you add music to a picture?
Go to Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS) and install the application on your mobile phone. Tap the + sign icon at the center to upload your photos. Select the aspect ratio for your video. Once the pictures are uploaded, add the music by tapping the Music > Add icons.
How do you record your voice-over screen?
Enter your Control Center. Press down long on the Screen Record button. A pop-up with options will appear. Use the Microphone Audio toggle to turn the feature on.

How can I overlay a picture on a video?
Put the image above the video, set the place where the image will start to show in the video, click Add as Overlay tab at the top right side and then choose the Picture in Picture option. Then you can check if the picture has successfully been added over the video.
