It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Firstly, I needed the form and capability to draft a residential Offer to Purchase. I've always just written offers by hand; needless to say it never looks as neat as a typed document. This did meet my needs.

It is easy to complete the form by flowing the wizard's help. It is legible and neat for reviewer's to read. It is fast and easy to upload and download, and finally signing with an accurate date/time stamp.

I activated a trial period of pdf…
I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

Excellent tools
Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial.
I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service.
Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly.
