It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why.
