It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

I subscribed to a trial period for the…
I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. This experience earned 5 stars because of Katrina's kind ear and quick action. Thanks to you, Katrina, and whoever trained you in customer service protocols.

It works!
The application is relatively intuitive to use. It was the only one that offered the full PDF fillable experience under a free trial to really test it. I recommend this program over others I have tried.

What is quantity in invoice?
Invoice Quantities This means checking with the receiver of the material, the purchasing representative and the supplier to determine the reason for the variance. Such research takes considerable time, resulting in payment delay.
What is unit on an invoice?
Description: A description of the goods or services provided. Unit Price: This is the price you charge per unit of goods or services (e.g. £4.70 per kilogram or £40 per hour) Line Total: The total amount for the invoice line automatically calculated as Quantity multiplied by Unit Price.
What does COM mean on an invoice?
Unit of Measurement (COM) Codes. The COM codes reproduced below are used in the Advanced Shipment Notice, Invoice, Item, and Purchase Order documents.
What is receipt unit?
Receipt Units. /RAP/RC PUN. This key figure contains the amount of goods to be ordered to fulfill the inventory need and make the planned sales units. The receipt units can be entered or calculated based on other key figures such as Sales Units and Sell-Through Percent.
What are the things available in invoice?
A unique invoice number and invoice date to help you with your record-keeping. The buyer's name and contact information. A description of the products/services, including the date they were provided, quantities and unit prices. The total amount being charged on the invoice (and you may need to include the tax here)
