PdfFiller is great! Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.

Create your invoice Once you hit save, you'll have a few options. Some of these may come in handy later, but for now click the arrow next to the Create New button and select Invoice. You'll see that your invoice number and date of issue are pre-filled. You can change these if you like, or just leave them as-is.
To create an invoice for free, build your own invoice using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Google Docs. Furthermore, you can use a premade invoice template offered by the program you choose, or you can create your own invoice from scratch.
To create a free invoice, just fill out the template below. To print, download or send your invoice for free, click the save button. If you need more options, for example to upload a logo, change the language or currency, click the link below.
Sign up for your free account here. Go to Invoices in your online Square Dashboard. Click Create Invoice. Select a customer from your Customer Directory, or enter a new name and email address. Add the invoice details and any applicable discounts. Click Send.

Open the Invoice from the email that was sent to you. Click on the View and Pay Invoice link in the email. If you see multiple tabs, ensure you're on the Credit Card tab. Enter your credit card details. Click on the Pay AXX.xx button.
Go to the Invoices section. Tap on the checkmark icon near the top right corner. Select the Invoices you want to mark as paid. Tap on Mark As Select Mark as Paid. Enter the payment details and tap on Add to finish.
To pay a Square Invoice, begin by clicking Pay Invoice in the invoice notification email. Fill in all required info: Name on card, card number, expiration month and year, CVV, and billing zip code. You can also pay using Apple Pay on a compatible Mac computer, iPhone, or iPad. Click Submit.
