I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. This was my first test
This was my first test, it seemed to go very well, I've tried a few of these programs and to be honest, this one works the best. I will have to explore it a little further to see if it does what I need todo. Actually so far it's the best I've tried. Actually I think that it offers more than I really need, but if it fits and completes everything I plan on doing that to me would be 100%.

How do you write a professional letter asking for something?
Explain precisely what your request is. Mention the reason for the request. Use polite language and a professional tone. Demonstrate respect and gratitude to the reader. The content of the letter should be official. You may provide contact information where you can be reached.
