Update/Change Email Address and Other Contact Info Sign in to Spectrum.net and then select Settings. Go to the Your Info tab. Select Manage to edit your name, phone numbers or email addresses.
However, all of your old emails will be available as long as you're a Spectrum Internet customer. If you're a Spectrum Internet customer, and you want a Spectrum email account, you can request it using your Spectrum online account. Once you've set up your master email account, you can add up to six email subaccounts.
Sign in to Spectrum.net with your username and password. Go to the Menu icon in the top left corner of the page and select Manage Account. Choose Internet. Select Create Email Address.
Sign in to Spectrum.net. Go to the settings section of your account. Select Edit next to your password. Update your password info.
