One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. Can I convert PDF to ODT?
You can do two things to convert your PDF to OpenOffice document formats. One basic way is to copy the material from your PDF file and paste it into a new Writer document. Another is to export and save your PDF document in MS Word format and re-save it as an . ODT Writer file.
Can LibreOffice convert PDF to ODT?
Libre Office Writer does not convert . pdf files to . odt. The feature is very much in demand in the form of a process that does not require programming skills.
Does Apple support ODT?
ODT is compatible with many word processing programs. This means that as an OpenOffice or LibreOffice user, for example, you can share an ODT file with Word users easily. The exception is Apple's Pages program, which does not have an import filter for the ODT format.
How do I convert PDF to DOCX on iPhone?
If you are using iOS 10 or lower versions, you first need to save the PDF file to iCloud Drive in order to be able to select it for conversion. Once it's done, you can go to the “PDF to Word” option, hit “Choose File”-> “iCloud Drive” and select the file.
