It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

What do you like best?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Great Tool! My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size. I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be. I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.

My document looked perfect when opening it with a browser after editing it, but there were some artifacts in the transparent background of the signatures when reading it on Adobe Reader (alpha channel problems, I believe). Maybe it was a problem on my end, I don't know.
