I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. I was very impressed with the ease of transferring a PDF file and faxing it with a few very easy steps. I've since needed it again and to happy that I had it. I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

I have used PDF filler a couple of times and so far I love it! Just a little suggestion, maybe you can add/give the option to be able to change the size of the fonts without having to add a text box where there is already one to fill (does it make sense?). Thank you!

I love this program because it is so easy to use. All of my forms look very professional. After the form is completed, I can save, email or print it. I won't use another program.

The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product
