What do you like best?
It's really easy to use PDFfiller compared to manually adding fields with standard graphic design programs. The usability of PDFfiller is outstanding for people with minimal backgrounds in working with document software. I like that we can make our documents interactive and can use templates to start off our documents without having to plan too much.
What do you dislike?
I have had great results using PDFfiller and can't point out anything to dislike about it.

I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!

Easy to use, great price
Easy to use, fantastic tool for editing pdfs and drafting up invoices. I work from home and the interface is nice and easy and straightforward, especially when there's no one around to ask other than myself! A very reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the service provided here.

I create residential leases using the software. It allows me to deleted unwanted pages and to edit them how they need to be.

I really like it
I really like it. I find the tool great. I just wish I could drag and drop pictures from my desktop directly to the pdf without the uploading process.

Great product for online registration
This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. We continue to find more and more uses in our school setting for using pdffiller. I highly recommend this product.

How does an LLC elect C Corp status?
Meaning: A Single-Member LLC currently taxed as a C-Corporation can file Form 8832 and revert to being taxed as a Sole Proprietorship. A Multi-Member LLC currently taxed as a C-Corporation can file Form 8832 and revert to being taxed as a Partnership.
When should an LLC elect to be taxed as a corporation?
For income tax purposes, an LLC with only one member is treated as an entity disregarded as separate from its owner, unless if files Form 8832 and elects to be treated as a corporation. However, for purposes of employment tax and certain excise taxes, an LLC with only one member is still considered a separate entity.
Can an LLC file a 1120?
A LLC can file a Form 1120, U.S. Corporation Income Tax Return, only if it has filed Form 8832 — Entity Classification Election to elect to be treated as an association taxable as a Corporation.
How do you classify an LLC?
The three primary options for LLC tax classification include disregarded entity, partnership, and corporation. Within the corporate classification, two sub-options include C corporation and S corporation. Some of these classifications require forms to be filed with the IRS while others occur by default.
How do I know if my corporation is C or S?
Check with the IRS Call the IRS Business Assistance Line at 800-829-4933. The IRS can review your business file to see if your company is a C corporation or S corporation based on any elections you may have made and the type of income tax returns you file.
Is a non-profit an S or C corporation?
