I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

This is one handy app

pdfFiller provides what it offers-you can add text, and signs (such as the check sign where applicable on boxes) and there are a lot of other features to share the document, from email to links etc. Best part is that it doesn't alter the original PDF format.

The Copy Seal Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily copy and apply a seal or stamp to multiple documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:
