Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

I did not know about PDFfiller.com but once I found it and realized what great features were offered and how easy it was to navigate and use, I was definitely impressed. The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Sloppy Documents No More!
It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. We go through a ton of documents and PDFfiller keeps us looking professional and not sloppy like some agents we do business with. Professionalism is everything in our line of work.

What do you like best?
What I like best is that I can upload my documents. I then edit them as needed. I can print, save, and fax all from within the application. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike?
I cannot pinpoint one thing that I dislike. I use this application regularly. It fits all my day-to-day needs, whether that is business or personal. The fee for business users could have a certain percentage off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a lot of signing documents in the business I work in. With this application, instead of printing the paper, singing it, scanning it back into the computer, then exporting it where it needs to go. I can sign via text and, from there, can ship where it needs to go.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

Can I copy and paste a signature?
A copied signature isn't legally enforceable Generally, for an eSignature to be legally enforceable, the method of signing needs to be deemed reliable, and proven to identify the person. A copy-and-pasted signature won't cut it.
What happens if you copy a signature?
The penalties include criminal charges, jail time, documents annulment, money reimbursement for the victim, or more. If you or your company are a victim of signature forgery, it is highly recommended to seek legal advice from an attorney immediately as fraud or forgery cases often have a statute of limitations.
Can I copy and paste a digital signature?
Each digital signature is unique to the signer and the document, you cannot copy and paste the signature from one document to another. If any changes are made to the document or the signature after signing is complete, then the signature and documents are invalid.
Is it possible to copy a signature?
If you want to forge a signature using tracing paper, first place the sheet of paper over the original signature and lightly trace it with a pencil. Then, place the tracing paper over the space you want to copy it to, and go over the signature a little harder with a pencil to imprint the signature.
Can someone copy your digital signature?
An electronic signature can be copied and pasted and attached to other documents by anyone. An electronic signature doesn't provide any document security and it doesn't have a document verification process, or any tracking for changes made to the documents content after signing.
How do you make a copy of a signed PDF?
Go to File>Properties or hit Ctrl + D on the document. Now under the security tab, you can see what all security is applied to the document. If it is secured, you can check what all features are allowed or not allowed. Go to File > Save a Copy.
