Works for everything Overall I am a fan of the software. I know not everything is supposed to work 100% of the time and things will happen so that doesn't deter me from using the software or recommending it someone else. I liked the ability to install and go, this software worked for getting documents in, filling them out, and getting them back out. I like the options and the ability to even save some data. Sometimes it has crashed or felt a little clunky. I am unsure if it is saving the data but during the saving process it has crashed on me and that is something i wasn't as much a fan of.

Re: keep source formatting from word to excel In Excel, click the lower half of the Paste button on the home tab of the ribbon, and select the first option: Keep Source Formatting.
Turn on the Paste Options button button lets you select formatting options and is on by default. If you don't see the button, it might be turned off.
Press CRL+V. next to the data that you pasted, and then do the following: To use the formatting that is applied to the worksheet cells, click Match Destination Formatting. To use the formatting of the Word table, click Keep Source Formatting.
Using Paste Special Select your pasting options from the Paste Special menu. You can opt to keep source formatting, add basic operations (add, subtract, divide, multiply), transpose the data, and several other options. Click OK to paste the data into your Excel worksheet.
To copy the table, press CTRL+C. To cut the table, press CTRL+X.
Procedure Right click any cell in the source table. Choose Copy Table. All visible rows and columns, except for the read-only header column (if any), are copied. In the target table, right click the cell where you want to start pasting and choose Paste; or choose the cell and press Ctrl + V .
