Locating forms is a little slow/complicated. Also would like to be able to save information that will be repeated on other fillable forms.

PDFfiller is an excellent online platform that I really enjoyed using for its features of digital signature, document management, and PDF editing. I used this platform for more than a year and I was impressed with its ease of use and the speed of its features.
The negative aspect that I noticed on PDFfiller is that it is not always easy to find advanced editing options, especially for beginner users. This can lead to some frustration at the beginning, but once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes much easier to use.

What do you like best?
It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

How to Use the Copy Text Format Feature in pdfFiller
The Copy Text Format feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily copy the formatting of one text field and apply it to another. This can save you time and effort when formatting multiple fields in your document.

Open your document in pdfFiller.

Select the text field that has the desired formatting.

Right-click on the selected text field and choose 'Copy Text Format' from the context menu.

Select the text field(s) where you want to apply the copied formatting.

Right-click on the selected text field(s) and choose 'Paste Text Format' from the context menu.

The formatting from the original text field will be applied to the selected text field(s).
Using the Copy Text Format feature can help you maintain consistency in the formatting of your document and save you time from manually formatting each field. Give it a try and see how it simplifies your document editing process!
Did you know?
In Word, you can choose to paste text using the formatting of the source, destination, or just pure text. If you always want one of the options, set it as the default for pasted text. By default, Word preserves the original formatting when you paste content into a document.
STAV is a senior editor and writer at The Muse. Instead of Command + V, hit Command + Option + Shift + V on Macs. You can paste text to match the formatting of its destination in Chrome and Firefox. Other applications might have their own solutions.
On Windows, you can use the combination Ctrl + Shift + V to paste without formatting in several major programs, such as Google Chrome. If the app you need to paste into doesn't support this, check out the below options for other ways. Most text boxes support rich text, so they preserve the formatting of what you last copied.
