PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review. But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

What do you like best?
I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. We can also convert PDF files to Word, which greatly reduces our need to perform time-consuming typing. In general, PDFfiller has been a great tool for working with PDF files with its intuitive interface and clear functionality.

PDFfiller note editor Overall, it is a good site to use when you need to edit PDF's, especially for classes. I like how easy it is to upload your PDF on the website by just dragging it into an area that automatically brings it up. When it downloads on the site, you are given so many options to edit the PDF by writing directly on the PDF, attaching shapes, underlining, etc. If the PDF is many pages, all you have to do is scroll through the pages, which makes it very accessible to edit the whole PDF. Something I didn't like about PDFfiller is the pages of the PDF become a little blurry when it downloads on the site. It doesn't effect the editing options, but it does effect how it comes out and looks.

It served my purposes It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes. It's a good tool.

What do you like best? I like that I can pretty quickly add fillable fields and combine documents. I create printable packs for travel and RV life and this program has been so great for finishing touches on products. What do you dislike? When I add other documents to an existing one (combining) it renames the document and also makes a new version. This means I sometimes have to search through all the "documents" and even open them up to find what I am looking for. It can be pretty annoying when working on a large document with 20+ pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of needing a PDF editor. I initially needed it for signatures and filling out PDF forms for work. Then I started to use it for personal use in adding fillable fields to products I create, and bundling multiple pages together into PDF format.

In Records, Invoices, open the invoice record. Select the Invoice tab and verify the Status is Pending. Click Invoice, New Adjustment from the menu bar. Enter the Adjustment date, New transaction amount (this can be the same), Adjustment post date, Reason and any applicable Notes.
Go to Invoices. Locate the invoice, then click Options > Create Credit Note. Select whether you want the Invoice Values. Select Void Invoice as the Credit Note Type. Enter the Date Issued and Order No. The Cost Center Account defaults to the Original Invoice. Enter a Void Invoice Comment, if required.
On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void.
Select “Invoices” in the Transaction Types list and locate the invoice you want to void. Double-click the invoice to open it. Go to the “Edit” menu and select “Void Invoice.” Click “Save” to zero out the entire invoice and add a Void stamp to it.
You can delete a draft or awaiting approval invoice or void an awaiting payment invoice. If you just want to correct an error on the invoice and haven't sent it to your customer, edit your invoice instead. You can reuse the invoice number of a draft or awaiting approval invoice after it's been deleted.
Cancel an invoice if you no longer need it, or created it in error. The invoice is removed from Practice Manager, but remains in the audit history of the job. Time and costs on the cancelled invoice can be invoiced again. Depending on the status of the invoice, select the Draft, Awaiting Payment, or Overdue tab.
Open Accounts Payable, Main menu, Invoice Data Entry. For Vendor No., enter the Vendor Number to which the invoice belongs. For Invoice No., enter the Invoice Number to be adjusted. Click Adjust in the Adjust Invoice on File window that appears when an existing invoice is referenced. On the Header tab:
First, go to Sage 100 ERP Accounts Receivable>Main>Invoice Data Entry, type in the invoice number and customer number. After this you will see a message, Invoice already exists do you want to adjust, click the yes button.
