Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Contracts bind parties to their duties. Contracts can secure payment. No one likes to be stiffed for work performed and a binding contract provides a written legal document establishing an agreement to be paid for services rendered. Contracts provide recourse when the relationship falters.
Although it can depend on your situation, generally a signature does not need to be in cursive to be legal. To execute a contract, one must simply meet the signing requirements of that contract. For instance, to create a valid Power of Attorney, the document must be signed and witnessed by a notary public.
A written contract must be signed by both parties to be legally enforceable. However, some types of oral contracts are also valid and do not require signatures from either party.
