Great Program but..... There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go. Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising. Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished. During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

What do you like best? I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!! What do you dislike?
