Outside of its free eSignature plan, PandaDoc pricing plans range from $19 to more than $49 per user per month when billed annually. When billed monthly, PandaDoc costs can range from $29 to $59 per user per month.
Make a field required We recommend keeping it required - your client won't be able to complete the document without putting their signature in. Click on a field, select Properties on the floating panel, and select/unselect "Required".
Assign Document Numbers: Decide on a numbering system. This can be alphanumeric, numeric, or a combination of both. Make sure the system allows for expansion as your document library grows.
Create a custom role Navigate to Settings by selecting your name in the lower left corner, then select Roles. Select Create a new role. Type in the name of your role, then select Create. Next, set the permissions for the role by selecting Edit permissions (they all will be OFF by default).
To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under "Fillable fields for". After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.
To do this click on Design >Customize Theme > and then click Header & Footer. From here you can change all font colors at one time for both the Header and Footer, the background color of the section, turn on Page Numbering for the PDF or printed version of the document, and more.
Access Document value settings Open your template/document, at the top click the $ icon to open the Document value settings. Here you will have options for: Currency. Source: Custom amount or Pricing Table/Quote builder.
