Makes My Job Easy
I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier.
PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts.
The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

EASE OF USE IN ADDITION TO BEING USER FRIENDLY! THE PRODUCT IS VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND IS VERY ROBUST.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool! Easy to use and export your documents. It saves each version of your filled PDF, so you don't have to worry about filling it out all over if you need to make minor changes.

Excellent Service
I did the 30 day trial period and was very satisfied with the process.I used the product for about 10 different documents within a 2 day period. I forgot about the trial period and was charged for an annual subscription and was emailed the confirmation. I went online and requested to cancel the subscription due to not needing the product and received the cancellation with 5 minutes, very satisfied.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

Is lease valid if not signed by all owners?
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. It may also provide that it is not valid unless countersigned by the landlord, meaning that even after the tenants sign the landlord may be able to reject the lease.
Do both owners need to sign lease?
In Alberta, you do not need a written lease. However, a written lease is a good idea because then both the landlord and the tenant are clear on their responsibilities. If the landlord does not do this, the tenant can withhold rent until a signed copy is received.
Do both husband and wife have to sign a lease?

What happens if only one person signs a lease?

Is a tenancy agreement binding if not signed?
It is possible for a legally binding tenancy to be created even if a tenancy agreement was never signed. This is under section 54(2) of the Law of Property Act which provides that, in most cases, so long as the tenant is in occupation and paying rent a tenancy is created.
What happens if a tenancy agreement is not signed?
If there is no tenancy agreement therefore, then there is no authority for the landlord to make any deductions from the tenancy deposit no matter how dreadful the condition of the property when the tenant moves out. If he tries to make any deductions, any challenge made by the tenant will succeed at adjudication.
